Lidl Ireland appointed Lafferty to provide Project Management Services for Lidl Ballymum, North Quarter.

North Quarter is a mixed-use development that consists of retail, services, purpose-built student housing, a discount food store, retail, café units, and commercial offices.

Featuring a mix of bright, airy and spacious shared spaces, the student accommodation was designed to encourage student engagement and promote student well-being. The accommodation consists of 364 beds spread over two buildings, each between four and ten stories high, with 61 student houses and studios. Amenities include rooftop and ground level amenity spaces, internal communal areas, social and games rooms, as well as bicycle parking on the ground floor.
