The Lafferty team provided both Cost Management & Project Management for the RSA offices in Dundrum.
The project consisted of the refurbishment of the existing office space over three levels including works to the landlord core areas (toilets and lift lobbies). The refurbishment consisted of the removal and replacement of all the existing internal finishes along with some reconfiguration of existing layouts. Upgrades to the existing services, IT & AV were also carried out.
