Matheson appointed the Lafferty Team to project manage their new office based in Penrose Dock, Cork City.
Matheson will initially occupy the space and expand the floorplate in the future. These are factors that had to be considered in the designs. Prior to commencing on-site, the client requested a complete redesign of the project in keeping with the evolving workplace. Lafferty was tasked with coordinating this major change as well as additional scope in line with the existing construction budget. Several value engineering workshops were held and Lafferty’s effective budget management helped the client achieve its goals.
