Lafferty is providing project management services for the Ironworks residential development in Dundrum.
The site is located along Sandyford Road and will be part of the overall development of Dundrum Town Centre. A podium and basement car park will be built over the building. There will be a seven- to nine-storey apartment building as well as a communal courtyard on the podium.
