Six residential blocks being constructed are being constructed around a live shopping centre and existing residential blocks. The works include alterations to the existing shopping centre.
There is a development agreement in place with Tuath Housing and Lafferty are responsible for liaising with Tuath throughout the construction phase. There is careful integration of Tuath’s requirements into the specification.
