The purpose-built student accommodation consists of 240 beds across 32 clusters over seven floors. The development is being constructed in the curtilage of a living shopping centre which presents a unique site constraints, measures have been implemented to ensure minimum disruption of the operation of the shopping centre while prioritising the safety of customers.
The building includes a precast superstructure which includes architectural facade panels to the outer leaf of the building, the panels are manufactured with windows and brick fitted in a factory environment to provide a fully finished exterior.
