Warmest congratulations to our colleague Brian Phelan on his promotion to the role of Associate Director.

Brian’s close to 20 years of industry experience working on projects in both Ireland and New Zealand have well equipped him with the necessary tools to undertake his new role with all the professionalism, passion, and commitment that he has shown us since first joining Lafferty in 2022.

He has worked closely with many of our key clients, and has been instrumental in the delivery of large-scale projects such as the Genesys Fitout in Bonham Quay & Project Kells, and Brian continues to deliver excellent results through his leadership on the high density residential developments at Horgan’s Quay, Cork & East Road Project, Dublin which will add acutely needed apartment stock of 302 & 544-units respectively in Cork & Dublin.
