After 10 years as Managing Director, John Rattigan, is stepping back and will take up a new role as Senior Director within the business, where he will continue to provide strategic oversight and mentorship across the team.

We are delighted to announce that Gavin Sullivan has been appointed as our new Managing Director. Having been an integral part of the business for the past 8 years, Gavin brings a depth of experience, a strong vision for the future, and a passion for driving excellence across the board. This transition reflects our commitment to developing talent from within and ensuring continuity in our values and direction.

In addition, we’re thrilled to announce the promotion of Bryan Farrell and James O’Sullivan to the role of Director. They join our senior leadership team alongside our existing Directors, Rory Quinn, Garret Collins and Donal Buckley.
