Starting off the new year with a very exciting development on Harcourt Street in Dublin! 🏗

The former Garda headquarters on Harcourt Street is due to be demolished to make way for a 343,000 square feet Grade A office development. 

The proposed new office development, which sits on 1.9 acre’s of City Centre land has been specifically designed with efficiency, sustainability and embodied carbon targets and aims to achieve LEED and WELL Platinum Certification across two interconnecting buildings. 

This is a really interesting project for us and we will keep you updated as we progress through 2023.
