The refurbishment of an existing 6-7 storey office building for continued office use and a new café, and including alterations to building entrances and hard landscaping at ground (primarily at Cardiff Lane and Misery Hill) and roof terrace levels. Localised alterations to external façade details at entrance and roof terrace levels and the reconfiguration of basement with reduction in car parking (from 149 no. spaces to 35 no. spaces) and increase in bicycle parking (423no. spaces).
