Addleshaw Goddard, a premium international business law firm, was relocating from its current office at Burlington Rd, Dublin 4, to this new space at 28 Fitzwilliam, approximately 28,000 sq.ft. in size over two floors.
The new high-end specification CAT B fit out for Addleshaw Goddard encompasses a comprehensive transformation of the existing CAT A space. This includes the creation of new open-plan workspaces, fully equipped meeting rooms, a canteen, and breakout spaces throughout the floor plate. The scope of work involves alterations and additions to ceilings, floors, and M&E services. This is complemented by the installation of partitions, bespoke joinery, loose furniture, and new finishes throughout.
