Lafferty project managed the transition of Avid from Sandyford to their new office in City West and subsequently the fit-out of the new premises.
Lafferty provided meetings, reporting, detailed project management, and value engineering services to a client whose property representative was located in Canada. As a global company, Avid required specialised business for repairs, warehouse distribution, and ancillary office space. The project was completed on time, within the construction budget, and with a high level of quality.
