Blackrock Shopping Centre involved the modernisation and redevelopment of the existing shopping centre and the surrounding infrastructure.
The main purpose of the work was to upgrade critical mechanical and electrical systems within the centre. Additionally, the client brief was to improve circulation and weathering by constructing a roof over the central mall area and improving the general appearance. A new & modern retail experience was achieved with Lafferty managing this transformation.
