Lafferty and Multi are working together to develop the long term vision for Blanchardstown Town Centre, which aims to create mixed-use retail, leisure, office, and residential destination at the heart of an integrated town centre.
The red/green mall entrance & extension involves the renovation of two existing Blanchardstown Centre entrances and the construction of a large retail unit. The central mall consisted of multiple units that had been extended. In addition to wholesale finishes in mall areas, all public WC facilities were completely renovated. An internal plaza is being built as part of the redevelopment of the blue mall’s entrance area. To avoid disrupting customers & tenants, works are being completed outside mall opening hours.
