Phase 2 of the Bonham Quay development in Galway City has recently reached Practical Completion. This outstanding urban regeneration project, driven by Edward Capital’s long-term vision to rejuvenate the docks, has resulted in a mixed-use scheme. It includes 35,000m² of Grade A office space, 2,000m² of retail and restaurant space, as well as public and community areas, all with panoramic views of Galway Bay.
The newly constructed Calatrava building, completed by Sisk and their subcontractors over a twenty-four-month period, is a remarkable addition to the campus and is now ready to welcome its new tenants.
