The proposed development consists of the demolition of the existing office buildings of Elm House, Block 1 Clanwilliam Court, Clanwilliam House, Marine House and former Clanwilliam Court apartment building, and the construction of a 35,00m² commercial office building ranging in height from 4 to 8 storeys.
The new building has been carefully designed to meet the highest design standards and will target net zero carbon in operations and provide a “best in class” health and wellbeing workspace, as evidenced by the ESG certifications that will be
achieved.
