Lafferty project managed the design and construction of a 28-bed hotel extension on Eastmoreland Lane, Dublin 4.
The project involved the careful demolition of six residences to the rear of the hotel and the construction of a new three-story building.
The existing hotel was kept open throughout the construction and there was limited access to the site. At all times, Lafferty worked closely with the client to bring a structured approach to the project. By using our experience in this industry, we managed cost, scope, and time while maintaining the highest quality.
