The development is located adjacent to the recently refurbished Ursuline Convent building and gardens in Blackrock, Cork City. A short walk to Blackrock Village and bordered by the recently completed housing development, also undertaken by Glenveagh Homes. The development will involve the construction of 297 apartments, a creche and tenant amenity spaces over three buildings – ranging in height from 5 to 8 floors. The apartments are targeted at the private sale market with support from the government’s Croí Cónaithe scheme.
The development also includes new public realm, streetscapes as well as a newly built public park with an enclosed playground to compliment the surrounding community and nearby school.
