Lafferty was appointed to project manage the fit-out of Zurich’s spectacular office.
Located in the heart of Blackrock, the building occupies a prominent location. Among the features of the Cat B fit-out were break-out spaces, open-plan collaborative areas, meeting rooms, boardrooms, and offices. A restaurant on the 4th floor offers views of the sea on one side and the Dublin mountains on the other.
