Lafferty project managed Gateway Retail Park, located in Knocknacarra, Galway.
There was a shell and core construction of 12,000m2 of retail space and a food & beverage building consisting of a stand-alone, part-two-story, part-one-story building. The project had a number of sub-division planning applications, FSC, and DAC applications that had to be addressed during the construction phase to meet the needs of the incoming tenants.
