The Lafferty team project managed the Genesys offices in Galway’s Boham Quay, a mixed-use development consisting of 25,000m² of sustainable grade A space.
In advance of AFL signing, Lafferty conducted extensive Technical Due Diligence on the base build. The fit-out included CAT A & B works, including interconnecting feature stairs between floors.
