Lafferty is project managing the former Glass Bottle Site in Dublin 4.
Glass Bottle is a 37.2-acre site in Dublin 4, just off Sean Moore Road.
The site will deliver up to 3,800 homes and will provide in excess of one million sq. ft. of commercial space including cultural & community spaces, offices, a hotel, rental, private, social, and affordable housing.
