The Hanover Quay Development consists of commercial office space in a converted 1880’s warehouse.
The development is comprised of six buildings with heights ranging from 2 to 14 storeys. The project was successfully managed by Lafferty through a challenging SHD process that included the completion of the EIAR chapters with and including the engagement of all stakeholders. The client brief was to maximise the density on the site while also providing a high-quality, well-connected development.
