The project is a complex city centre CAT B fit-out of an existing office building. The project was a live building with existing tenants on multiple floors and Lafferty were to point of contact for the Landlord that had specific requirements to be met.
The CAT B fit-out was extremely high end with the inclusion of a fully functioning kitchen on one level, IT/AV and extremely high quality finishes throughout.
