Lafferty managed the design and construction of a 340 Bedroom Aparthotel and mixed-use development in Dublin 1.
The development ranges in height from two to seven storeys. During the demolition phase, an archaeological site was unearthed with a medieval period wall and gatehouse discovered. This resulted in the coordination of piling and a glass floor display to preserve and display the archaeological find.
