Lafferty managed the new build of the Panelto Foods manufacturing plant including the installation of large scale industrial production lines, one of the largest in Europe.
The work included managing shell and core builds and fitting out the facility with production equipment. With the facility fully completed, the client was able to meet their key production deadline and deliver the product in time for Christmas. Excellent quality standards and cost control were met in the execution of the contract.
