The site is located outside the city centre with the M50 motorway just beside it. The proposed works will include a warehouse of 3,440m², office area 750m², 80 car parking spaces and 22 loading bays including 6 Grade doors.
There will also be EV charging for both cars & HGV, a proposed new ESB Substation, new HGV fueling point, new HGV was point and a full perimeter boundary fence.
