Lafferty is project managing Project Kells, one of the largest development projects in Dublin City Centre.
Located between Dawson and Nassau Streets, the site is just a few minutes’ walk from Grafton Street, one of Dublin’s most popular shopping districts. Upon completion, the new block will be occupied by retail and office space, which will provide numerous opportunities for the new development. As part of this project, Lafferty has demolished three main structures. This site location has presented many challenges because of the two LUAS tracks running along both sides. Access to this live environment has also been restricted and required careful execution.
