The Rathborne Development in Dublin 15 includes both residential and commercial areas.
The completed development will include 6 buildings ranging in height from 2 to 14 stories. Through a challenging SHD planning process that included the completion of EIAR chapters with the involvement of all stakeholders, Lafferty successfully managed the project. As part of the clients brief, a well-connected, high-quality development was to be provided on site.
