Lafferty is providing project management services for the development of Southwest Business Park located in Dublin 24.
The development of the site will take place in two phases. The first phase will include three single-storey buildings for industrial and/or warehouse uses, as well as two-storey offices. There will be four additional individual units developed in Phase 2.
