Southwest Gate is one of the largest purpose-designed multi-family developments in Dublin.
Twelve blocks ranging from 5 to 15 storeys are being developed on an existing brownfield site. A total of 1123 residential units, 148 bedrooms in a hotel, as well as commercial and retail space will be included in the project. In the coming years, Dublin City Council has identified this location as one of the city’s key growth areas.
