The Shelbourne hotel is undergoing comprehensive renovations, including the renovation of 224 guestrooms and an updated basement layout with fire life safety (FLS) works and future-proofing for growth.
Fire life safety remedial works are being carried out throughout the entire hotel.
All renovations are taking place while the hotel remains operational, and planning permission is currently unknown, with ongoing engagement with the DCC heritage section for applications.
