Topping Out on 3 projects

We are proud to announce that three of our major projects – The Ironworks, Parnell Street, and East Road – have all reached their topping out milestones within the same week. This significant event underscores our commitment to delivering high-quality developments across Dublin.

Parnell Street

Situated on the historic site of the former St Peter’s Bakery, the Parnell Street development is set to provide 249 student bedrooms across five blocks, varying in height from four to six storeys. One of these blocks involves a meticulous conservation project, preserving the rich heritage of the area. Designed with student life in mind, the development will feature a range of indoor and outdoor communal and recreational facilities, including a coffee bar, media zone, games room, gym, laundry, and a roof garden.

The Ironworks

Nestled in the heart of Dundrum Town Centre, The Ironworks is a 122-unit build-to-rent development that offers unparalleled access to local amenities. The nine-floor structure comprises 107 thoughtfully designed studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, along with 15 social homes. Residents will also enjoy a landscaped podium courtyard, enhancing the living experience.

East Road

The East Road project is a substantial development featuring 554 apartments distributed across nine buildings, ranging from three to 15 storeys in height. Beyond residential spaces, the development will include commercial and enterprise areas, three retail units, a food hub / café / exhibition space, a crèche, and a men’s shed. The site is also designed to accommodate 241 car parking spaces and 810 bicycle parking spaces, catering to diverse transportation needs.
