citizenM hotels first Irish hotel has officially reached practical completion marking a significant milestone in Dublin’s evolving cityscape!

Located on the site of the former Molynuex House and Church, this 245 bedroom development navigated complex planning and archaeological considerations, adapting respectfully to the discoveries made during excavation.

A key feature of the project was the retention and integration of the original Stephenson façade – a tribute to one of Ireland’s most influential modernist architects.

Despite the challenges of a dense city-centre location, the project was delivered on time and to the exacting standards of the citizen M brand.

Well done to all involved in bringing this exceptional building to life.
