Phase 1 of Eagle Street Partners’ Marshall Yards Development on, East Road has achieved PC with 211 of the 554 apartments now completed. Six are now completed with the support of Bennett (Construction) Ltd as main contractor, along with their subcontractors, and the wider design team.

Phase 1 includes the delivery of a Management Suite, Tenant Amenity space, Gym, Men’s Shed, 164 undercroft parking spaces and external podium landscaping.

A significant milestone for the project and a strong team effort across all involved.
