Lafferty were enrolled to complete the refurbishment of the Arts Building which was a protected structure from the 1970’s. The brief was to create an open space, informal learning spaces and communal areas.
The development is located at the former Ford Distribution site on an approx. 5 hectare parcel of land, bordered by Centre Park Road, the Marquee link road and Monahan Road.
